I Have had bluetooth problems with windows 10 ( build# [Version 10.0.10586] ) on my dell inspiron 3537 since I upgraded, My computer came with windows 8 pre installed and bluetooth worked flawless. My problem on windows 10 is I cannot connect any bluetooth device on my computer.. the pc sees my device, pairs with it and for a few seconds installs drivers, then disconnects and you cannot actually connect.

I have tried uninstalling the driver and re installing.
