I downloaded the.cab file you suggested and tried to reinstall the card reader using that driver. Windows 7 keeps telling me I already have the latest driver installed and will not install any other drivers.

You have two problem devices, whose divers are not installed. Installing the Jmircon Card Reader Driver should take care of both.
