Optiplex 755 Simple Communications Controller Driver

I have installed Server 2003 on a Dell 755. I have managed to find and install all of the drivers using the standard 'Dell Service Tag->Download and Install Drivers->Use Compatability Mode for the stuff that Server 2003 doesn't like' method.

Optiplex 755 Simple Communications Controller Driver After a few hours, I have not been able to find a driver that works for the PCI Simple Communications Controller for this version of the Optilplex. I have tried the XP drivers in compatability mode with no success.
On the Dell drivers page there are 3 'chipset' drivers mentioned. I am able to install two of the three drivers. The driver that will NOT work is the 'Intel AMT-HECI A02 R255437'.
I have Google and searched EE....no luck. Any ideas what is going on here?

Optiplex 755 Pci Simple Communications Controller Driver Download

I did a clean install on my computer and a list of drivers were uninstalled. I have gotten all of them resolved except my PCI Simple Communications Controller Driver.
I have a ASUS Z87-A mobo and I am using Windows 7 64bit. My driver support disk is scratched so I've been trying online resources.
I have tried the following driver updates and all fail in some sort of way:
Intel(R) Management Engine Interface V9.5.14.1724 for Windows 7/8/8.1 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)
Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility V9.4.0.1026 for Windows 7/8/8.1 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)
Management Engine Interface V9.0.0.1287 for Windows Win7 64bit & Win8 64bit---(WHQL).
Management Engine Interface V9.0.0.1287 for Windows Win7 32bit & Win8 32bit---(WHQL). (Hotfix 2)
Intel Chipset Driver V9.4.0.1017 for Windows 7 32/64bit & Windows 8 32/64bit.(WHQL)
Intel(R) Management Engine Interface V9.0.0.1287 for Windows 7/8 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)

Can anyone suggest what I might try to fix this problem?
